They govern the contractual relations between La Raviole Française and its customer.

2. Products

Photographs are non-contractual.
Products are offered subject to availability.

3. Order

The order is validated after email confirmation.
La Raviole Française reserves the right to cancel any order in case of dispute.
The customer is responsible for the information provided.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are primarily handled by Chronofresh.

Two types of shipments can be made:
- Fresh products (refrigerated transport)
- Frozen products (adapted transport)

The customer may receive several packages.

Upon receipt:
- Fresh products → immediate refrigeration
- Frozen products → immediate freezing

Delivery is deemed compliant upon handover to the customer.
The company cannot be held responsible for improper storage after delivery.

5. Withdrawal

14-day period, except for perishable food products.
Products must be returned intact.
Refund within 14 days.

6. Price

Prices in euros including VAT.
Delivery costs are specified during the order process.

7. Payment

Immediate payment by credit card or PayPal.
The order is validated after payment acceptance.

8. Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
An amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

9. Quality guarantee

Products must be kept cold.
Fresh ravioles → refrigerator
Frozen ravioles → freezer

Any break in the cold chain after delivery is the customer's responsibility.

10. Personal data

Data is used solely for order processing.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

11. Minors

Minors must have parental authorization to order.
