🛒 Ingredients (2 servings)
- 360g frozen or fresh raviole
- 160g porcini mushroom sauce
- 20cl liquid cream
- 2 free-range eggs
- Salt & pepper
- Chives
- Grated Parmesan
🍳 Preparation
1. Soft-boiled egg
Plunge the eggs into boiling, vinegared water for 5 minutes 50 seconds, then transfer them to ice water to stop the cooking. Carefully peel them.
2. Prepare the sauce
In a saucepan, gently heat the ready-to-use porcini mushroom sauce.
Add 20cl of liquid cream, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook the ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Gently immerse the ravioli for 45 seconds (as soon as a raviole floats, it's cooked)
Drain them using a slotted spoon.
4. Plating & Serving
Mix your raviole and sauce, plate in a deep dish. Add your soft-boiled egg, Parmesan, and chives.
Serve!
