🕒 Preparation Time

  • Preparation: 10 min
  • Cooking: 1 min
  • Total: 12 min

🛒 Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 360g frozen or fresh raviole
  • 160g porcini mushroom sauce
  • 20cl liquid cream
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Chives
  • Grated Parmesan

🍳 Preparation

1. Soft-boiled egg

Plunge the eggs into boiling, vinegared water for 5 minutes 50 seconds, then transfer them to ice water to stop the cooking. Carefully peel them.

2. Prepare the sauce

In a saucepan, gently heat the ready-to-use porcini mushroom sauce.
Add 20cl of liquid cream, salt, and pepper.

3. Cook the ravioli

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Gently immerse the ravioli for 45 seconds (as soon as a raviole floats, it's cooked)

Drain them using a slotted spoon.

4. Plating & Serving

Mix your raviole and sauce, plate in a deep dish. Add your soft-boiled egg, Parmesan, and chives.

Serve!

🍷 Wine Pairing

A light, fruity red wine will perfectly complement the woody notes of the raviole with porcini mushroom sauce.

Why we love this recipe?

Because it brings together everything you expect from a good everyday dish: simplicity, speed, and lots of flavor. The traditional raviole provide a delicately flavored base, enhanced by the intensity of the porcini mushroom sauce.
