🛒 Ingredients (2 servings)
- 300g frozen raviole
- 150ml fresh cream (or plant-based cream)
- 2 salmon fillets
- 80g spinach shoots
- Salt & pepper
- Chives
- Grated Parmesan
🍳 Preparation
1. Spinach and salmon
Wash your spinach shoots, drain them, and set aside. Take your salmon fillet and cut it into cubes.
2. Prepare the sauce
In a saucepan, gently heat the ready-to-use lemon parmesan sauce.
Add 150ml of liquid cream, salt, and pepper.
Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until it reaches a slightly coating texture.
3. Cook the ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Gently immerse the basil raviole for 30 seconds (no more for the gratin, just blanch them)
Drain them using a slotted spoon.
4. Plating & cooking
In a salad bowl, mix all your preparations together (raviole, sauce, salmon, and spinach shoots)
Pour the contents into a gratin dish and add your grated Parmesan.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Serve!
